Survey first, quote second
On a commercial roof we survey the whole area rather than the reported leak. That means checking falls with a level, lifting at suspect laps, checking outlets and rainwater goods for capacity and blockage, and probing the deck for saturation. Repair, overlay or replace
Where the deck is dry and the covering is sound apart from local defects, targeted repair is the right spend.
