Prioritised, phased quoting

Older halls and churches leak at parapet gutters, valley gutters and abutments far more often than in the field of the roof. These are leadwork jobs: correct code, correct bay lengths, drips and rolls formed properly, outlets sized and clear. Patching a parapet gutter with bitumen paint is common and buys almost nothing.
